I really need some help here. I want to eliminate the front wing glass from my 39 Chevy sedan. Ive done some investigation and, as usual, found several different views on the subject. First, I need to know if anybody knows of a source for the kit to do this. Elect. regulator, channel etc. I also need to cut part of the inner door structure out (where the wing glass mounts) so a one-piece glass can go in. I assume I would then need to construct a new upper door ledge to match the front piece??? Has anyone done this? Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.
BTW, Ive ordered hidden hinge kits from Rocky Hinge and understand that the glass must be done FIRST, before doing the hinges. Any thoughts on this??
Thanks
